As part of the Culture and People Development team, youll: Lead the delivery of our Leadership & Management Development Programme and bitesize training sessions, helping managers at all levels grow and succeed. Take ownership of our Level 5 Coaching Apprenticeship Programme, building a coaching culture across the organisation. Partner with teams and leaders to improve team dynamics, using facilitation, psychometric tools and insight to drive collaboration and performance. Be a trusted expert, offering specialist advice and guidance on leadership, performance, and culture development. Champion our 'Just and Learning' Culture, helping leaders create environments where people feel safe to speak up and learn from experience. Ensure we continue to have an inspiring and welcoming induction programme that sets our new starters up for success from day one.
