We are seeking an exceptional and committed Non-Executive Director (NED) with a finance specialism to join our Board and help provide strategic leadership, robust governance and independent oversight for our NHS Foundation Trust. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about improving patient care, supporting staff and ensuring the long-term sustainability and success of NHS services.

The Trust is looking to appoint a financially-qualified individual with Board-level strategic financial leadership experience, drawn from a track record working in complex highly regulated sectors. The successful candidate will be able to join the Audit & Assurance Committee and Finance Committee and be a part of the committee chair succession planning.

As a Non-Executive Director, you will play a vital role in supporting the Trust's vision and strategic priorities. Working closely with the Chair, fellow Board members and Council of Governors, you will provide constructive challenge, independent judgement and leadership to ensure the Trust delivers high-quality, safe and financially sustainable services. You will help shape strategic direction while ensuring effective oversight of organisational performance, risk management and governance arrangements.
