South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust is launching a brand-new Enhanced Home Treatment Team (Night Function) to provide overnight crisis care across five boroughs, delivering timely, compassionate support when it is most needed.
As a Crisis Support Worker (Band 4), you will work with experienced mental health nurses to deliver urgent, home-based care at night, conduct welfare checks, contribute to risk assessments, and signpost families to the right services.
