2 Sisters Food Group is seeking a Site Trainer to join the team in Thetford, working nights 18:00–06:00 on a 4 on 4 off pattern.
The rate is £15.25 per hour with a 10% night shift allowance between 22:00 and 06:00.
You will deliver training on production lines and occasionally in the classroom, helping operatives learn and develop.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be IT literate in Microsoft Office, and comfortable recording training and maintaining records for audits.
