The predicted salary is between 11.7 - 14.3 £ per hour.
The main purpose of the role is to provide visits to people covering the whole of the Calderdale area with multiple visits, per client, during the hours of 22:00 and 06:00 hours. The role will involve making out of hours/ overnight visits to provide pressure area care, safety checks, continence tasks, and providing drinks and snacks if required for service users who are usually end of life.
There are exceptions where you may be asked to undertake late evening visits and early morning visits. These visits may be longer in duration and involve completing all tasks required to meet the service users' daily living needs.
You will promote opportunity, choice, and well-being to ensure service users enjoy the highest quality of care to support their life choices and needs. This will include helping them to get up and dressed and ready for the day, administering/prompting medication, and performing domestic duties along with many other important roles.
Full induction training is provided. Support to complete recognised qualifications for career progression.
