About the Role
Working as part of our team of Production Operatives, your main role will be to accurately grade andprepare orders for dispatch and assist with collection and delivery.
You will be a flexible team workersupporting a variety of departments including our sawmill, paint-line, planning mill, flooring deptand dispatch area.

- Through teamwork and clear communication you will ensure order deadlines are met, ensuring order accuracy and high levels of quality control.
- Responsibility for keeping all tools and equipment within the department in good workingorder including the upkeep of full and detailed servicing/maintenance records for allmachinery in the department.
- Proactively maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy work environment.
- Operation of forklift trucks to a high standard whilst complying with H&S policy.
- Minimise wastes and ensure efficient stock management.
- Proactively contribute to your areas and the company’s continuous improvement.
