About the role
We are looking for a compassionate, motivated, and resilient Intensive Housing Support Worker to join a dynamic multi-agency team.
This is a floating support role, working directly with individuals who are experiencing complex needs and face challenges in maintaining their housing, wellbeing, and independence.
As part of a collaborative team that includes professionals from mental health services, substance misuse services, healthcare providers, and other partner agencies, you will provide person-centred support tailored to each individual's unique circumstances.
