Education Supply Pool are a PAYE employer looking for Secondary Teachers on behalf of a few comprehensive schools in Blackwood and the surrounding areas. We are looking for a Secondary School Teacher who is passionate about working with young people. These roles demand enthusiasm, patience, and a diverse set of skills. We need a candidate who is willing to step up to this challenging role with confidence that they can help to develop and nurture these young minds on their way to success. Having a valid UK Driving License will increase opportunities for work.

Successful Secondary School Teachers must:
- Have obtained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE or a BA in Education
- Have experience of teaching within the UK
- Have the correct Education and Training
- Be able to set high standards
- Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and maintain discipline
- Plan innovative and creative lessons
- Liaise with other staff members to deliver curriculum
