About the role:
As a Functional Assessor, you'll use your clinical expertise in a new and rewarding way, carrying out functional assessments that support individuals applying for health-related benefits. This role allows you to apply your clinical judgement while enjoying regular working hours, no night shifts, and no weekend work. You'll be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, evidence-based assessments. Based at one of our UK centres, you'll benefit from a structured working environment, comprehensive training, and clear career development pathways.

- Conduct functional assessments and produce clear, accurate, high-quality reports.
- Use clinical judgement to assess a wide range of physical and mental health conditions.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records in line with clinical governance and quality standards.
- Engage in ongoing training, CPD, and clinical supervision.
- Deliver assessments with empathy, professionalism, and integrity.
What you'll need:
To apply, you must:
- Be a registered healthcare professional (Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Paramedic, or Pharmacist).
- Have at least 12 months' post-registration experience within the last 5 years.
- Have no current restrictions to practice.
- Demonstrate strong communication, assessment, and report-writing skills.
