ALN Special Education Teaching Assistant

Education Supply Pool are currently recruiting a ALN Special Education Teaching Assistant to begin work in Monmouth and attached areas immediately.

Are you a caring and passionate person with ALN Special Education Teaching Assistant experience?

Do you have a minimum of 12 months experience within a Special Needs School?

The successful candidate

  • Minimum of 12 months experience in a ALN Specialist School with Education and Training. Or Learning Resource Based experience
  • Minimum of NVQ Level 2, CACHE Level 2, BTEC, BA (Hons) Education or experience working within an education setting.
  • This position is extremely challenging and requires someone committed and dedicated to the role with the correct Education and Training.
  • Provide simulating activities whilst ensuring hygiene and safety rules.
  • Be attentive to the unique needs of the students and be able to identify proper solutions when children encounter issues.
  • Great communication skills to collaborate with other teachers and families when needed.

As a valued member of ESP, you'll receive

  • A minimum pay rate of at least £93
  • A team with over twenty years’ experience in both small, local, and large national education agencies
  • A dedicated account manager with a background in teaching
  • A £125 recommend a friend scheme.
  • A variety of daily, short-term, and long-term positions to suit your needs.
  • No need for completion of time sheets
  • Pay via PAYE direct through Education Supply Pool and not an umbrella company.
