This could be the perfect time for you to join us in our People Department as a Trauma Therapist. You will be required to work closely with the Trauma Lead to maintain our high standard of wellbeing and trauma support to the workforce.
What you’ll do:
- Assessment and Therapy: provide evidence-based trauma therapies in person such as EMDR to referred individuals, ensuring ethical practice and workplace safety.
- Evidence-Based Practice: Use theory and research to support practice, stay updated on relevant legislation and policies.
- Case Management: Maintain accurate, confidential case notes in line with procedures and guidelines.
- Professional Development: Participate in CPD training and development to uphold high professional standards.
- Collaboration: Work with Trauma Lead and Wellbeing Manager to explore opportunities to develop the trauma support model.
- Wellbeing Support: Offer advice and signposting on wellbeing issues, encouraging proactive health management.
