Procurement & Contracts Manager needed in Kingston. Paying £38.09 per hr. Full time hours on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee contractual arrangements with service providers and contractors.
- Lead procurement exercises in accordance with public sector procurement regulations and council procedures.
- Monitor contractor performance, service delivery, KPIs, and contractual compliance.
- Provide commercial and contractual advice to stakeholders across the organisation.
- Review and challenge service charge costs to ensure accuracy, transparency, and value for money.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Ensure contract documentation, governance, and reporting requirements are maintained.
- Support the mobilisation, variation, extension, and renewal of contracts where required.
