We’re looking for a kind, caring and flexible Personal Assistant to support our wonderful daughter Emilia – a beach-loving, water-splashing, thrill-seeking girl who enjoys days out at the coast, theme parks, and discovering new places. This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys being out and about, while also being reliable, patient, and focused on safety and fun!
About the Role
- You’ll support Emilia in accessing a range of fun and stimulating activities both at home and out in the community.
- Prepare simple snacks and support with eating.
- Play, chat, and engage with Emilia in a fun and meaningful way.
- Accompany the family on outings.
- Adapt your support to suit Emilia’s needs with kindness and flexibility.
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced in supporting disabled children or adults.
- Positive, respectful and has a can-do attitude.
- Able to take direction and work independently.
- A driver with a clean licence – essential for those beach days and trips!
- Reliable, trustworthy, and patient.
- Flexible and able to work at short notice if needed.
- Able to work the 5 hours per week (Half Term).
- Long term employment and commitment.
