The Newcastle Hospitals Skills Academy (NHSA) delivers CPD education and training to professionals within the Health and Care sector, one of our strategic aims is to develop a portfolio of both clinical and non-clinical CPD courses aimed at our internal Trust based customers, externally to other NHS organisations, and commercially within the wider health and care system. Courses enable the on-going professional development of our Nurses, Midwives, and Allied Health Professional workforce (NMAHP), wider workforce, and external business partners.NHSA Educators enable the NHSA to deliver a wide range of diverse courses adopting multiple delivery models, NHSA Educators will be offered temporary education assignments matching personal availability, skills and experience.The post holder will need to be a professional with significant experience, occupational competence, or demonstrate professional development within the leadership, education and training, or coaching and mentoring subject areas.It is anticipated that the role will aid in the development and deliver on a range of course modules and / or aspects of these modules from various subject areas. This will also include designing resources and training materials to meet the learning objectives of the course.
