The Role
As a Counterbalance Forklift Driver, you will work across two local manufacturing sites in a varied, fast-paced role that combines FLT operation with warehouse and production support.
This is not a role where you'll spend your entire shift in the cab you'll be actively involved in keeping operations running efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include
- Line feeding to keep production running smoothly.
- Loading and unloading trailers using a Counterbalance Forklift Truck.
- Transporting stock safely between two local sites.
- Working both indoors and outdoors, so you must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.
- Assisting with general warehouse and production duties as required.
- £14.57 per hour for all hours worked.
- 37.5 hours per week.
• Monday to Friday rotating three-shift pattern
Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence.
Must hold Full UK Driving Licence (essential due to travel between two local sites).
- Previous experience in a similar manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environment is essential.
