Network Administrator | Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust

This post forms part of a service currently subject to a service improvement and redesign programme. Service delivery models, roles and structures will be reviewed as part of the improvement process, which may result in changes and a consultation process in line with the Trust’s Organisational Change Policy. We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Network Administrator to join the Fylde Personal Assistant (PA) and Network Administrator Team. This is a standalone role that will work closely with the wider Fylde PA and Network Administration Team while providing dedicated administrative support to key network functions and managers.

The post holder will have primary responsibility for the administration and coordination of the Serious Incident Review Panel (SIRP) process, ensuring meetings are effectively organised, documentation is managed accurately and confidentially, and actions are tracked and progressed in a timely manner. The role will also provide dedicated administrative support supported by the Network Governance lead, assisting with governance processes, meeting administration, reporting, and documentation management.

In addition, the post holder will provide a high-quality administrative and secretarial service to Network Managers, supporting the efficient delivery of services across the Network.
