Barts Health NHS Trust in London is seeking a permanent Neonatal Governance Lead for the Neonatal ICU at the Royal London Hospital.

You will lead investigations of serious incidents, developing action plans to improve safety and learning.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams to monitor quality improvement projects and ensure incidents are reported through Trust and national governance pathways, fostering openness and accountability across patients, staff and families.
