Triumph Consultants are looking for a Neighbourhood Response Officer for their client to provide a high-quality tenancy management service to residents.
Contract is for 3 months, in Islington, N5 1JG.
- Neighbourhood Response Officer
- Pay Rate: £21.05 per hour PAYE
- Basic DBS required
Work from the office and in the community – this is not a home-working role.
Key requirements
- Previous housing officer or tenancy management experience.
- Good knowledge of tenancy and neighbourhood management.
- Confident using IT systems and managing work through CRM.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (if required).
Key responsibilities
- Manage a range of tenancy and neighbourhood cases from start to finish.
- Carry out home visits, estate inspections and resident meetings.
- Respond to tenancy issues, anti-social behaviour and breaches of tenancy.
- Update CRM systems accurately and complete all case records.

Assignment: Unless otherwise stated (we do carry the occasional permanent vacancy) all of our roles are technically temporary, though opening assignments can be and often are, extended by clients on a longer term basis and can sometimes become permanent.
