We are looking for an Associate Fire Engineer who will be a key contributor to business growth, technical delivery and team development.
You will manage and mentor engineers, support their progression and help maintain high standards across project work.
You will be expected to produce your own fire safety strategies, fire risk assessments, bespoke fire engineering (first principles), performance-based designs supported by fire and evacuation modelling and evacuation modelling, risk analysis and cost benefit analysis as appropriate.
This will include site visit attendance and a level of commitment to training programmes no different to other staff except working at a more technical level.
This role is suitable for a Chartered Engineer with a BSc, MSc or Ph D in an engineering or science subject and at least 10 years’ relevant experience.
You will provide technical leadership, manage and develop teams, support business growth and take an active role in fee proposals, work conversion, client retention and recruitment of new talent.
