Master Vehicle Technician Required in Narberth
Our client, one of the leading Automotive Dealer groups in South Wales, is actively seeking a highly skilled Master Vehicle Technician to join their busy franchise dealership in Narberth.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a reputable company recognised for technical excellence and customer satisfaction.
As a Master Vehicle Technician, you will play a pivotal responsibility in delivering top-quality repairs and servicing, supporting team development, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards.

Duties as a Master Vehicle Technician
- Conduct accurate and high-quality repairs and servicing on a wide range of vehicles
- Follow manufacturer, retailer, and industry standards to ensure safety and compliance
- Lead and provide technical guidance, diagnostics, and support to Vehicle Technicians
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to workshop efficiency
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and repair recommendations
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and documented properly
- Participate in continuous learning and skills development through manufacturer training
Requirements
- IMI/NVQ Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance
- Proven experience as a Master Vehicle Technician within a franchise Dealership environment
- Strong diagnostic and technical abilities
- UK driving licence essential
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy workshop environment
- Excellent team player with a professional attitude and a focus on quality
- Motivated to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service
