We are looking for a Returns Warehouse Operative who is counterbalance forklift certified to join our team based out of the Wardle site on a permanent basis working Monday to Friday hours.
Youwill manage the end-to-end handling of customer returns, ensuring efficient processing, accuratedocumentation, and seamless integration back into our inventory. The position combines hands-on warehouse operations with occasional administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Day to Day
- Operate a counterbalance forklift to safely collect and transport returned goods from designated areas back into stock in the warehouse.
- Inspect, sort and process incoming returns; assessing condition and determining appropriate next stepsiegoods in, repair or
- Accurately log all returns in warehouse systems to maintain precise inventory records and compliance.
- Load and unload trailers safely and effectively to support smooth supply chain operations and minimise downtime.
- Perform computer-based tasks including updating records, managing email inbox and providing general administrative support as and when required.
- Performsmall amounts of handballing as and when required.
- Be aware of and adhere to the Company’s Health & Safety Policy, taking responsibility for the Health and Safety and welfare of yourself and others.
