We’re looking for a reliable, proactive Blend Shed Operative to join our busy animal feed manufacturing team. This is a hands‑on production role at the heart of our operation, ensuring high‑quality feed is blended, processed, and prepared safely and efficiently.

- * Operate blending equipment to produce feed mixes according to production schedules
- * Weigh, measure, and load raw materials with accuracy and attention to detail
- * Monitor machinery performance and report any issues promptly
- * Carry out routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment and work areas
- * Follow strict quality, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times
- * Complete production records and documentation
- * Work collaboratively with colleagues across production, quality, and logistics
