Bluebeam Group Recruitment are recruiting 5 experienced Multi-Skilled Groundworkers for a major civil engineering and earthworks project across the South West.
Location: South West – Bristol, Weston-super-Mare & Bridgwater areas
Start Date: Monday 31 August 2026
Hours: 7:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Positions: 5 Multi-Skilled Groundworkers
Rate: Competitive – depending on experience
The Role
We are looking for experienced and reliable Groundworkers who are confident working across a range of civil engineering, earthworks and infrastructure activities. Duties may include:
- General groundworks and civil engineering
- Drainage and pipework installation
- Ducting and service installation
- Concrete works, bases and finishing
- Assisting with setting out and working from drawings
- Supporting other site operatives and plant where required
- Maintaining safe working areas and high standards of workmanship
- Working to RAMS, site instructions and project programme
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidates will have:
- Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Groundworker
- Strong civil engineering and earthworks experience
- Previous experience on major infrastructure, civils or utilities projects
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of site health & safety
- Reliable and professional attitude
- Ability to start on the required date
- CPCS card where applicable
- Right to work in the UK
- Full PPE
- Additional plant and competency tickets such as CPCS/NPORS Dumper, Roller, Slinger/Signaller or other relevant qualifications would be advantageous.
