Responsibilities
- Install, service, and maintain air conditioning and HVAC systems across multiple facilities ensuring optimal functionality and compliance with safety regulations.
- Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC equipment, including chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, and associated components.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to prolong the lifespan and efficiency of HVAC systems.
- Collaborate with the Facilities & Environment team to coordinate project works and minimise disruption to building occupants.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, industry standards, and health and safety legislation.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs and parts used for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members and liaise with external contractors as required.
