Our client, a reputable specialist in motorhomes and leisure vehicles based in Stratford-Upon-Avon, is seeking an experienced Motorhome Technician / MOT Tester to join their dedicated workshop team. The Motorhome Technician/MOT Tester position involves varied duties in a friendly, supportive environment, with no weekend work and attractive remuneration.
- Basic salary starting from Β£38,000, dependent on experience
- Achievable OTE of Β£41,000 through bonus schemes
- Monday to Friday working hours β no weekends
- 30 days annual leave, including bank holidays

Duties of a Motorhome Technician/MOT Tester:
- Conducting Class 4 MOT tests in accordance with DVSA standards
- Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing motorhomes and leisure vehicles to high standards
- Completing accurate MOT documentation and ensuring compliance
- Inspecting and repairing motorhome conversions
- Fitting accessories and conducting interior inspections as a Motorhome Technician/MOT Tester
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and professional workshop environment
- Supporting team members to uphold company quality standards
Requirements of a Motorhome Technician/MOT Tester:
- Valid DVSA MOT Tester Licence (Class 4)
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a workshop environment
- Motorhome or specialist leisure vehicle experience advantageous
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Professional, proactive, and dependable attitude
- Excellent communication and teamworking abilities
