We're looking for a reliable and experienced
FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our team. This is a temp to perm position for the right candidate and an immediate start is available.
What you'll be doing:
- Operating a Counterbalance FLT (up to 5 tonnes) safely and efficiently
- Handling wide and heavy loads in a busy warehouse environment
- Loading, unloading, and relocating stock
- Supporting yard operations,
- Working as part of a team to meet operational targets
- Working at a steady, fast pace to help orders leave the warehouse the same day
What we're looking for:
- Valid
FLT Counterbalance licence (up to 5 tonne)
- Proven experience operating a Counterbalance FLT
- Experience handling wide and heavy products (up to 5 tonnes)
- Previous warehouse experience
- Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
- Strong attention to detail - accuracy is essential
- Ability to work quickly without compromising precision
- A team player with a positive attitude
