We are currently recruiting a Mobile Upholsterer to join a leading specialist in commercial furniture repair, reupholstery and refurbishment.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced upholsterer looking to move beyond a traditional workshop environment into a customer-facing role, working across a variety of commercial sites.

About the Role
As a Mobile Upholsterer, you will travel to commercial client sites carrying out high-quality upholstery repairs, refurbishment and reupholstery work.
This role is ideal for an experienced bench upholsterer who is looking for greater independence and responsibility while representing the business professionally on-site.
You will be provided with a fully equipped company van, phone, tablet and business expense card, allowing you to deliver exceptional service to well-known hospitality, leisure and commercial clients across your allocated region.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out upholstery repairs and refurbishment work at customer sites.
- Repair and restore commercial furniture including chairs, sofas, booths and banquette seating.
- Replace fabrics, foam, padding, covers and damaged components.
- Assess furniture condition and recommend suitable repair solutions.
- Deliver high-quality workmanship while meeting customer expectations.
- Travel to customer locations throughout your designated region.
- Operate upholstery tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain excellent health and safety standards at all times.
- Complete job reports accurately using company systems.
- Manage tools, materials and daily workload effectively.
- Represent the company professionally while building positive relationships with customers.
