We are looking for a reliable and flexible Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our team, providing cleaning cover across a varied portfolio of sites throughout the Bristol area.
This is a mobile role covering planned holidays, sickness absence and additional cleaning requirements across education, office, library and housing sites.
Working closely with our Area Manager, you will help ensure all locations continue to receive a high standard of cleaning service.
Flexibility is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide cleaning cover across multiple sites within West Berkshire.
- Deliver consistently high standards of cleaning.
- Cover annual leave, sickness and emergency staffing requirements.
- Schools and education settings
- Offices
- Libraries
- Follow cleaning schedules and health & safety procedures.
- Report any maintenance issues or concerns.
- Work independently and as part of a wider team.
- Liaise with the Area Manager to ensure excellent service delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred.
- Reliable, trustworthy and self-motivated.
- Flexible to work between 6:00am and 8:00pm as required.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work across multiple locations.
- Enhanced DBS required (this will be arranged and paid for by the company).
