We’re seeking a motivated Administrative Support to join our dynamic College Information Services team. You’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality support across key areas, with a particular focus on bursary processing, data protection, and efficient coordination of information handling. This is a fantastic role for someone with excellent administrative skills and a commitment to student support, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Process bursary applications, checking eligibility and liaising with students.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure policy compliance.
- Work closely with Finance and Student Services for timely payments and reporting.
- Assist with maintaining GDPR-compliant records and handling data requests.
- Support the Data Protection Officer in promoting good data handling practices.
- Provide day-to-day support to senior leaders, including scheduling and minute-taking.
- Assist with general MIS tasks aligned with college priorities.
