Delta Care Ltd is a CQC registered provider of Care and Support services to individuals across North-west. Delta Care Ltd is looking to appoint a Driver who can transport our service users between home and our Charlotte House Adult Day Centre as required, ensuring the safety of the service users at all times.
This is a part-time position, covering holidays and sickness, and must be available to work on Tuesday and Thursday.
Hours of duty:
- Every Tuesday and Thursday
- Mornings: 8:30 am - 10 am
- Evenings: 4 pm - 5:30 pm
Duties:
- Transport service users between home and Delta Care Ltd as required.
- Ensure the safety of the service users at all times.
- Check all equipment is working at regular intervals.
- Maintain vehicles in good working order.
- Ensure safety checks and MOT is kept up to date.
- Report any damage and defects to equipment immediately.
- Driving duties as required.
- Escorting service users on the vehicles as required.
- Attend any training courses as needed for the performance of duties.
- Professional and polite.
