Minehead Medical Centre is seeking a Patient Navigator to join our welcoming administrative team.
In this essential role, you'll ensure the smooth running of the surgery, providing patients with a positive experience while supporting our team to deliver outstanding care.
We understand how important your role is and will value your contributions every step of the way.
This is a fixed-term contract, 6 months.
Full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time can be considered.
Note: Previous unsuccessful candidates need not reapply.
Suitable candidates must have the right to live and work in the UK.

Since 1990, Minehead Medical Centre has provided healthcare services to its community.
It is the only GP service in the area.
The other two GP surgeries are located much further out on the outskirts.
The patient list size is 12,330 with a slightly higher number of ageing population when compared to the rest of Somerset.
In recent years, Minehead Medical Centre has undergone refurbishment works to provide additional clinical rooms on the ground floor.
Supported by the larger Group, Minehead Medical Centre delivers excellent care to the patients and communities around Minehead.
The Medical Centre is a central hub in the town, with a team as close-knit as the rest of Minehead's population.
