Lead tomorrow’s Technical Engineers

We are looking for someone to manage all aspects of our Technical Engineering Apprenticeship from its second year.

This will include determining content, arranging placements and trips, and ensuring that all apprentices are ready for their end point assessment (EPA).

You will work closely with the Service Skills & Training Manager.

You will also be responsible for line managing apprentices, regularly reviewing their progress and offering pastoral support.

Plus, you’ll be proactive in identifying their development needs and helping them to improve.

You will work with colleagues in E&O, UKNACE and Global Services to find the right placements for apprentices.

Grow your line management experience with us

We are looking for someone with line management experience and an understanding of how apprenticeships work.

Mentoring experience would be a plus.

You have managed budgets before and completed capacity planning.

A working knowledge of the security landscape is also key.

Familiarity with the following would be advantageous: FCDO Services, CDM regulations, IET career development plan, and HR policy.

We’d also be keen to hear about any work with data that you have done.
