Key Responsibilities
A 10 PA job plan with a flexible working structure, supporting professional activities, and a strong commitment to education, research, and clinical governance.
You'll be expected to contribute to teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, audit and service development initiatives, and provide high-quality patient care.
This post will have a combination of Theatre and Outpatient clinics sessions throughout the job plan.
The post holder will be included on a 1 in 5 three-tier on-call rota; supporting the non-resident middle-grade and resident doctor.
ENT is a 24/7 service.
The on call is a category A and you will receive a 5% on call supplement.
Relevant capabilities should be clearly demonstrated on the list of surgical experience/procedures.
