FCDO Services is seeking a Technical Engineering Apprenticeship Lead to manage all aspects of the second-year program, shaping content, placements and EPA readiness. You will line-manage apprentices, review progress and provide pastoral support, while identifying growth needs and coordinating with E&O, UKNACE and Global Services for placements.
The role requires prior line-management experience, budgeting and capacity planning, and a working knowledge of security landscapes and CDM regulations.
