Macfarlane Packaging, based at our Milton Keynes site, is seeking a fast-paced Customer Service Coordinator to be the primary contact for a portfolio of customers. You will manage enquiries, support sales order processing, chase orders and coordinate with logistics, procurement and courier teams to meet delivery commitments.
The role develops strong relationships with customers and colleagues, expanding product knowledge and admin skills within a friendly, collaborative team.
