Location: Milton Keynes, Bletchley, Newport Pagnell, Wolverton, Stony Stratford, Woburn Sands, Olney, Buckingham, Winslow and surrounding areas.

Pay: £110 - £130 per day (depending on experience and placement)

The Role

  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials in the teacher's absence
  • Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
  • Manage classroom behaviour confidently and professionally
  • Encourage students to remain engaged with their learning
  • Work across a variety of subjects and year groups
  • Build experience in a range of local secondary schools

No planning or marking is normally required, allowing you to focus on supporting pupils and maintaining high classroom standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Relevant experience in UK schools or experience working with secondary-aged children or young people
  • Confident communication and classroom management skills
  • A calm, professional and reliable approach
  • A genuine interest in education and helping young people succeed
  • Own transport is advantageous but not essential
