We are currently recruiting for an experienced Domestic Electrician to join a busy local authority maintenance team delivering electrical repairs, maintenance and improvement works across a residential property portfolio.This is a long-term contract opportunity offering consistent work and competitive rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out domestic electrical repairs and maintenance
- Fault finding and remedial works
- Consumer unit replacements and upgrades
- Electrical testing and inspection
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
Requirements:
- Level 3 Electrical Qualification
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience working within occupied domestic properties
