Fawkes & Reece are hiring for a Site Administrator starting ASAP on a contract basis for our client based in Millom.

Our client are a construction contractor completing construction work on a HMP scheme.

As the Site Administrator, you will be responsible for completing administration tasks tracking and logging documentation.

Previous construction experience is preferred but essential.

  • Job Responsibilities of the Site Administrator
  • Collating and maintaining site-based information, including workforce records, project documentation, reports, and attendance data.
  • Booking visitors, clients, contractors, and suppliers onto site and ensuring all visitor records are accurately maintained.
  • Administering site documentation prior to visitor arrival, including issuing visitor forms, access requests, site induction information, and ensuring all required paperwork is completed and approved.
  • Managing diaries and schedules for site management, coordinating meetings, appointments, and site visits.
  • Taking and distributing meeting minutes as required, ensuring actions are recorded and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
  • Tracking Bio Site records, including monitoring workforce attendance, site access, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitoring and maintaining training records, ensuring operatives and staff hold the required certifications and qualifications and highlighting expiring training for renewal.
  • Processing and tracking IT request forms, coordinating with the IT department to ensure equipment, access, and system requests are completed in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining accurate filing systems for site documentation and ensuring records are up to date and readily accessible.
  • Providing general administrative support to the Site Manager and project team to facilitate the successful delivery of site operations.
  • Required Experience for the Site Administrator
  • Previous experience in an administration role.
  • Previous experience in construction.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Confident in using PC's and systems.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
