This role is a full-time day shift at a supported living/domiciliary care based in the HU4 area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administering medication in accordance with care plans and company policies
  • Delivering care in line with individualised support plans
  • Supporting clients to maintain their daily routines and independence
  • Accompanying clients to appointments, social activities, and community outings
  • Promoting dignity, respect, choice, and wellbeing at all times
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns appropriately
