This role is a part‑time day shift at a supported living / domiciliary care based in the HU3 area.
Key Responsibilities
- Administering medication in accordance with care plans and company policies
- Delivering care in line with individualised support plans
- Supporting clients to maintain their daily routines and independence
- Accompanying clients to appointments, social activities, and community outings
- Promoting dignity, respect, choice, and wellbeing at all times
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns appropriately
