We’re looking for professional, experienced Care Assistants to join the team at a lovely residential home caring for up to 32 adult residents.
The home supports individuals living with a variety of health conditions, including learning disabilities, dementia, and sensory impairments, and they need reliable people to help with their daytime routines.

What you’ll be doing
- Following personalized care plans to support residents with their daily needs, mobility, and routines.
- Making a genuine effort to connect with residents, providing friendly companionship and emotional support.
- Collaborating with a supportive team to ensure a safe, high-quality care environment throughout the day.
What we need from you
- Solid previous experience working as a Care Assistant.
- A professional, positive attitude and a passion for connecting with residents.
- An enhanced DBS check (or we can help you get one sorted quickly).

To be suitable for this position you must have
- An in date enhanced DBS on the update system
- A Referenceable work history for up to 2 years
- At least 6 months UK paid experience which can be referenced
Please note that you must be able to reliably commute to Matlock either via public transport or with your own transport arrangements.
This is a ongoing role with immediate start opportunities in full and part time work.
We have hours available throughout the week with the shift times always being between 07:00 to 22:00.
Full and part times positions are available.
You will be paid £12.71 per hour, increasing to £13.33 after 13 weeks, hours worked after 19:00 are paid at the enhanced rate of £16.90 per hour
You will accrue up to 28 days holiday pay starting from your first shift.
