The Role

Depending on the assignment, you could be:

  • Teaching Mathematics across KS3 and KS4
  • Planning, teaching and marking for longer-term placements
  • Teaching KS5/A-Level where appropriate to your experience
  • Creating an engaging and positive classroom environment

For day-to-day supply, planning and marking will normally be provided by the school.

Who We're Looking For

You’ll ideally have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an appropriate UK‑recognised teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching Maths within a UK secondary school
  • Strong subject knowledge across KS3 and KS4
  • Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
  • A positive, reliable and professional approach
  • A passion for Maths and helping pupils achieve their potential
