The Role
Depending on the assignment, you could be:
- Teaching Mathematics across KS3 and KS4
- Planning, teaching and marking for longer-term placements
- Teaching KS5/A-Level where appropriate to your experience
- Creating an engaging and positive classroom environment
For day-to-day supply, planning and marking will normally be provided by the school.
Who We're Looking For
You’ll ideally have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an appropriate UK‑recognised teaching qualification
- Experience teaching Maths within a UK secondary school
- Strong subject knowledge across KS3 and KS4
- Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
- A positive, reliable and professional approach
- A passion for Maths and helping pupils achieve their potential
