We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable dealership group in Battersea, who is seeking a highly skilled Master Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to join a well-established team committed to technical excellence and customer satisfaction.

Duties of the Master Technician:

  • Conduct vehicle health checks using advanced diagnostic equipment in line with manufacturer guidelines
  • Perform routine servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance on various vehicle makes and models
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults accurately and efficiently
  • Complete all repair and service documentation promptly and correctly
  • Road test vehicles to ensure faults are resolved and repairs adhere to quality standards
  • Assist with warranty work and additional repairs as required
  • Support the team in achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and workshop productivity

Requirements of the Master Technician:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience as a Master Technician or similar role within a busy workshop environment
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Accreditation as a Master Technician or equivalent is desirable
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining high standards of quality and safety
  • Experience with diagnostic tools, MOTs, and hybrid/electric vehicle repairs is advantageous but not essential
