We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warranty Administrator for our client's busy main dealership in the Chippenham area. As Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for the accurate submission and processing of manufacturer warranty claims while ensuring all claims comply with manufacturer standards and dealership procedures. Your responsibilities will include:
- Submitting warranty claims promptly
- Reviewing repair documentation for accuracy
- Liaising with technicians, service advisors and the manufacturer
- Monitoring outstanding claims
- Resolving rejected submissions
- Maintaining accurate warranty records
You will also support the aftersales team by ensuring warranty compliance, assisting with audits and helping maximise warranty revenue while minimising financial risk to the business. This is a key administrative position within the aftersales department, requiring excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Warranty Administrator requirements:
- Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator within a franchised main dealership is essential.
- Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty processes and compliance requirements.
- Excellent administration, organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure while meeting manufacturer deadlines.
- Experience using dealer management systems such as Kerridge, Keyloop DRIVE, Pinnacle or similar.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across the aftersales department.
- Previous experience working with premium or volume automotive brands would be advantageous.
