Marketplace sales & Warehouse Operations Assistant

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Marketplace & Warehouse Operations Assistant to support our online sales operations and day-to-day warehouse activities.

This is a varied role covering marketplace account monitoring, customer service, order fulfilment, stock handling, returns, and listing management.

Full training will be provided where needed, but the ideal candidate must have a strong sense of responsibility, good attention to detail, and the ability to use initiative.

  • Marketplace & Customer Service Duties
  • Check account health across all online marketplaces where we sell.
  • Review customer feedback and take appropriate action, including addressing negative feedback where required.
  • Monitor and process customer cancellation requests.
  • Reply to customer messages in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage marketplace cases, disputes, and queries.
  • Create new product listings for sale across online marketplaces.
  • Amend and update existing listings to ensure accuracy and improve sales performance.
  • Warehouse Duties
  • Pack orders carefully and efficiently for dispatch.
  • Process goods-in, including checking and organising incoming stock.
  • Handle customer returns in line with company procedures.
  • Support the general organisation and management of the warehouse.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
  • Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be reliable, organised, and willing to learn.

Previous experience in e-commerce, online marketplaces, or warehouse operations would be beneficial, but it is not essential as training will be provided.
