Summary

What you will be doing:
Working as part of our Allied Health Professional (AHP) and multidisciplinary teams, you will provide leadership and expertise in spiritual care, supporting patients, families and carers both within the hospice and the communities we serve. Through meaningful conversations, one-to-one support, participation in MDT discussions, staff wellbeing initiatives and the development of volunteer networks, you will help people find comfort, connection and meaning during some of life's most challenging times.
