Purpose of the role

Our Manufacturing Process Technicians sit in the production team and play a vital hands-on role in delivering high-quality fuel cell products.

Operating a variety of manufacturing processes under tightly controlled conditions, you will ensure every product meets rigorous quality and production standards.

Key responsibilities include following detailed work instructions to manufacture fuel cells, accurately weighing and recording data, operating process equipment, and performing in-process checks.

You will carry out visual inspections against quality standards, complete all quality control actions as outlined in control plans, and report any non-conformances to the line manager, taking appropriate corrective actions.

The role also involves maintaining adequate stocks of raw materials, supporting continuous improvement activities with R&D and Engineering teams, and ensuring full compliance with Health and Safety requirements.
