The Role
As a Site Labourer, you'll be an essential part of the operation, helping to keep production areas running efficiently and maintaining a safe, organised workplace. You'll play a vital role in supporting manufacturing teams, moving materials and finished goods, and ensuring high standards are maintained across the site.
Monday to Thursday. Enjoy a regular three-day weekend as standard!
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining housekeeping and site cleanliness standards
- Managing waste disposal and recycling processes
- Ensuring waste is correctly segregated
- Supplying production areas with materials and equipment
- Moving finished products safely to despatch
- Preparing pallets and products for shipment
- Supporting manufacturing teams with a variety of site duties
- Assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the facility

- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Previous warehouse, labouring, manufacturing or production experience is desirable but not essential
