A leading Tier 1 contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Lead to take overall responsibility for a major façade recladding project in Manchester.

The project involves the complete removal and replacement of façade rock panels and render across three occupied residential apartment buildings, up to 13 storeys high. With an 82-week programme starting October 2026, you will report directly to a visiting Operations Manager and take full responsibility for project delivery, supply chain, programme, HSEQ, quality and stakeholder management.

You will be supported by a dedicated team including a Senior Site Manager, Site Manager, QS, Technical Manager, Digital Manager, Planner and Customer Care Coordinator, alongside wider group support.

Experience Required

  • We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Project Lead, Facades Manager or Cladding Package Manager.
  • Experience working within occupied buildings is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong programme, risk and HSEQ management experience.
  • Relevant construction qualifications and industry certifications.
