Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons tailored to pupils with SEMH and SEN.
- Differentiate learning to meet individual Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) outcomes.
- Create a calm, structured and nurturing classroom environment.
- Support pupils' academic, emotional and social development.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists and the wider school team.
- Monitor progress and adapt teaching to help every pupil achieve their potential.
